The HEYAMI brand is operated by Amino Plus Food & Beverage Limited (“HEYAMI”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the HEYAMI website and purchases made through our official online store.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, applied to previous purchases, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another customer.

8. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our Subscription Terms and Conditions.

Our monthly subscription plan renews automatically unless paused or cancelled before the next order is processed. Subscription customers may receive 10% off eligible subscription orders, and after three consecutive months, the subscription discount may increase to 15% off eligible subscription orders.

You are responsible for managing your subscription, including product selection, delivery information, payment details, pause requests, cancellation requests and product changes before the next order is processed.

9. Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including recipient name, phone number, delivery address and any necessary delivery instructions.

We are not responsible for failed, delayed or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information, recipient unavailability, building restrictions, courier arrangements, public holidays, weather conditions, traffic conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

If delivery fails due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to contact the customer or recipient, the order may be treated as abandoned according to our Shipping Policy. In such case, we may refuse any refund, replacement or compensation.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we generally do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, consumed, damaged after delivery, or not stored according to the product instructions.
