This includes checking whether you have completed three consecutive months of subscription in order to apply the increased 15% subscription discount where applicable.

6. Direct Marketing

We may use your personal data to send you marketing communications, including product updates, promotions, subscription offers, discounts, brand news and other information relating to HEYAMI, only where we have obtained your consent or where permitted by applicable law.

We may contact you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, online advertising or other communication channels.
